Ricardo Lorente is the third generation of glasses makers. He creates elegant handmade eyewear, crafted in Brazil with an Italian heritage. The visual identity should express the mix of Brazilian and Italian spirit in a cosmopolitan and unique way. The logo brings a losango as a minimalistic interpretation of the Brazilian flag while the typography was thoroughly crafted. The brand as a whole is based on strong elements of simplicity and colour. The imagery campaign is inspired by old handmade photo colorisation, very typical in Brazil’s old times.
